How To Place Orders

Payment Methods We take the following methods of payment PayPal, Credit card, Debit credit card, hyper wallet, E transfer etc.  Please provide phone number for tracking purposes, first name, last name and full address to confirm details before shipping.

We will send you tracking information via email as soon as it is available.


We ship most product within 3-7 business day and will contact you if different shipping time is incurred.  


SHIPPING: We will ship products as soon as possible, but there are many products are special orders and do not get made until the order is placed. Many other products are imported via Boat Freight adding 2-4 weeks.

Ground shipping there are no other fees at the door but if the item is shipped express there could be a small charge at the door we are not responsible for other charges at the door. Some items have to be shipped express due to weight etc. Some products are not shipped from our location and other items are shipped from worldwide depots, warehouses, manufactures or vendors to your home.

Express Shipping is 3 to 7 days

Ground Shipping 10 to 25 days no tax no duty no charges at the door.

Small items that are in envelope like example sd cards they are shipped ground do to the size of the package and weight. Item was shipped express won’t be cost effective for the customer.

INJEN Warranty


.Injen Technology offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on all intake systems excluding the filter element. Injen Technology will replace at no charge, any intake pipe considered by Injen Technology to be defective. The warranty is void if the warranty card is not returned to Injen Technology within the first 30 days of purchase. Any and all warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part only, at Injen Technology.s discretion. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, nor does it cover the cost of installation or removal of the defective part or its replacement.

Injen Technology offers a one-year warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on all exhaust systems. Injen Technology will replace at no charge, any exhaust system considered by Injen Technology to be defective. Any and all warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part only, at Injen Technology.s discretion. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, nor does it cover the cost of installation or removal of the defective part or its replacement.

 

Air Intakes and accessories

SES Intercoolers and exhaust systems

 

Injen Technology offers a one-year warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on all exhaust systems. SES Intercooler and exhaust systems that have been installed will not be eligible for return under any circumstances. Defective parts will be replaced or repaired as deemed necessary by Injen Technology.  All other warranty issues will apply as indicated under the Air Intake section. Most exhaust and Intercooler system installations may require a lift and or specialized tools. Due to the installation complexity of automotive exhaust and Intercooler systems, Injen Technology recommends that a qualified technician perform the installation.  Most local Tuner or exhaust and muffler shops offer professional installation

 INJEN RETURNS

From time to time there is a need to return a product due to manufacturing defects, fitment or functionality issues. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your support.

In order to return anything to Injen Technology the following must be adhered to by our Dealers/ Direct Accounts:

  • An RMA number must be obtained from Injen Technology and must be visible on the outside of the packaging. Any items returned to Injen without an RMA will be refused, and will be returned to sender.
  • Returned Merchandise must be shipped PREPAID to Injen Technology.
  • All Returned products are subject to inspection, and a repackaging/handling charge of 25% will apply , unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Upon inspection and approval of the Return, Injen Technology will ONLY issue a Credit on Account. There will not be a Cash Reimbursements on any kind. RMA Numbers are only valid for a period of 30 days from the issue date.

In the case of a Consumer returning product to Injen Technology, there are similar requirements:

  • Photographic images of the manufacturing defect or fitment issue will be required – email images and a detailed description of issue to tech@injen.com
  • An RMA number must be obtained from your Injen Dealer (Seller) prior to shipping anything to Injen Technology. Please call your Injen Dealer and have them obtain the RMA number from Injen. Your return may be subject to Returns Fees charged by that dealer.
  • Once an RMA has been obtained, please place the RMA tag on the outside of the package to be returned to Injen Technology.
  • All Returned Merchandise must be shipped PREPAID to Injen Technology, unless a Call Tag has been approved.
  • Allow for adequate processing time, for receipt, inspection, and approval before a credit is issued to the direct account.
